Welcome to OTime (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OTime mobile application (“App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use OTime.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use OTime.

• Users under the age of 18 may use OTime with limited features and are not permitted to access video lobby or random video matching features.

• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Registration

To use OTime, you must create an account by providing basic information such as your name, phone number, username, and date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create or operate more than one account.

3. Use of the App

OTime provides messaging, emoji-based interaction, and (for eligible users) live video features to help people connect.

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use OTime only for personal, lawful purposes

• Treat other users with respect

• Not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or any harmful behavior

• Not record, copy, screenshot, or distribute other users’ messages, audio, or video without their consent

• Not use OTime to solicit, advertise, or promote commercial activities

• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

4. Messaging, Emojis, and Live Typing

• OTime allows users to send text messages and emojis.

• All text messages are end-to-end encrypted, meaning only the sender and intended recipient can read them.

• Live typing is an optional feature that allows other users to see text as it is being typed in real time. You can turn this feature on or off at any time.

• You are responsible for the content you send, including messages, emojis, and live typing content.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

OTime may offer paid features, including but not limited to:

• Emoji subscriptions that provide a daily emoji allowance

• One-time emoji purchases that provide additional emojis

• Subscription benefits such as message bubble color customization

• Free trials for monthly and yearly subscription plans (including 7-day trials)

All payments are processed through Apple or Google. We do not store your payment details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings.

Emoji rewards earned through referrals have no cash value and may be modified or removed at our discretion.

6. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your behavior, communications, and interactions while using OTime.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit:

• Objectionable or illegal content

• Nudity or sexually explicit material

• Harassment, bullying, abuse, or threats

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Impersonation, scams, or fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from OTime, without prior notice.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or creates an unsafe environment.

7. Safety, Blocking, and Reporting

• You may block and report other users directly within the App if they violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

• We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

• For serious or illegal violations, we may cooperate with law enforcement.

While we strive to maintain a safe environment, interactions occur in real time and are not pre-moderated. Please use caution when interacting with others.

8. Service Availability

OTime may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimers

OTime is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that you will find connections or matches through the App.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Our total liability for any claim related to OTime shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, our zero-tolerance policy, or otherwise create risk for the community.

Termination may result in loss of access to content, emojis, subscriptions, or rewards without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you within the App before they take effect.

Continued use of OTime after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

14. Consent

By creating an account and using OTime, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
